[September, 2026]Belgrade, SerbiaDuring our visit to Belgrade, CosyClimate met with a local HVAC professional to discuss project requirements, product applications and the practical expectations behind HVAC control in the Serbian market. The conversation formed part of our continued engagement with HVAC businesses across Southeast Europe.Listening to Local Project RequirementsFace-to-face meetings give us a clearer understanding of how HVAC products are selected, installed and supported in different markets. In Belgrade, the discussion focused on control requirements for fan coil units and underfloor heating systems, including how thermostat functions should match the needs of real projects. We first listened to the applications and priorities being discussed before presenting relevant control options. This helps us connect product capabilities with actual project needs and identify where flexibility, clear technical information and dependable support can make project work easier.Practical HVAC Control for Different ApplicationsFan coil and underfloor heating systems require different control approaches. Our discussion covered the importance of matching thermostat functions to the system, while also considering straightforward installation, reliable operation and future integration. Relevant parts of the CosyClimate control range were presented in this practical context.Building Knowledge Through Direct ExchangeEvery market has its own project conditions, customer expectations and preferred ways of working. The exchange in Belgrade provided useful perspectives on the Serbian HVAC market and on the support local professionals expect from an HVAC controls supplier. These insights will continue to inform our products, technical materials and market support.Continuing Our Engagement with the Serbian HVAC MarketCosyClimate will continue to build its understanding of HVAC applications in Serbia and maintain close communication with local industry professionals. The Belgrade visit is another step in our long-term commitment to the European HVAC market and to supporting partners with practical, adaptable solutions, clear information and responsive technical cooperation.Interested in discussing an HVAC control application for your market or project? [September, 2026]Budapest marked an important stop in CosyClimate’s ongoing engagement with the European HVAC market.During our time in the Hungarian capital, we met with HVAC distributors, system integrators, installers and equipment manufacturers. The visit included factory and showroom tours as well as office meetings, giving us the opportunity to understand the market from several different perspectives.Rather than beginning with a standard product presentation, our discussions started with the businesses themselves: the systems they work with, the customers they serve, the products they currently offer and the challenges they encounter in real applications.Based on those conversations, we presented relevant CosyClimate control products and exchanged ideas about product selection, installation, system integration and future cooperation.Different Perspectives Across the HVAC MarketA thermostat or HVAC controller can be evaluated very differently depending on who is using, specifying or selling it.For distributors, a suitable product must fit the local market, complement the existing product range and be supported by clear documentation, reliable supply and responsive communication.System integrators often look more closely at control logic, communication options, compatibility and the flexibility to work with different HVAC system configurations.Installers tend to focus on practical considerations: wiring, commissioning, parameter settings, ease of use and the technical support available when questions arise on site.Equipment manufacturers may approach the same product from another perspective, considering how the controller can be matched with their equipment, adapted for a specific application or developed as part of an OEM or ODM cooperation.Meeting professionals from each of these areas helped us look beyond individual product specifications and better understand how control products move through the market—from product selection and system design to installation and daily operation. From Factory Floors to Showroom DiscussionsThe visit was not limited to formal meetings.By visiting factories, we gained a closer view of how local HVAC companies organise their products, production activities and technical processes. Showroom visits provided a different perspective, showing how heating and climate-control solutions are presented to customers and how different products are positioned within a broader system offering.Office discussions allowed us to explore commercial and technical questions in greater detail. These different environments helped create more practical conversations. A product may look suitable in a catalogue, but its real value depends on how well it fits the system, the installation process, the sales channel and the expectations of the end user. For CosyClimate, this is one of the main reasons why direct market visits are important. They help us understand not only which products attract interest, but also what local partners expect from the company behind those products.Starting with the Application, Not the ProductCosyClimate offers control solutions for a range of HVAC applications, including boiler and heat-pump control, underfloor heating, fan-coil systems, smart radiator heating and wireless multi-zone applications. However, not every product is relevant to every customer.During our meetings in Budapest, we first discussed each company’s business focus, customer base and typical applications. We then introduced the products and control approaches most closely connected to those needs. The discussions covered more than appearance or individual smart features. We exchanged ideas about how control products can be selected for different systems, how they can be integrated into an existing product portfolio and what installers and project partners need for successful deployment. This application-led approach allows the conversation to remain practical. The objective is not to present the largest possible product range, but to identify which solutions may create genuine value for a distributor, integrator, installer or equipment manufacturer.Product Demonstrations as Part of the ConversationRelevant product demonstrations formed an important part of the meetings.Seeing and operating a thermostat directly makes it easier to discuss details that are often difficult to communicate through a specification sheet alone. Interface design, product materials, installation format, control options and configuration can all be considered in the context of a customer’s actual application. The demonstrations also created space for open feedback.Questions and observations from local professionals help us understand which details require clearer explanation, which functions are particularly relevant to a market and what supporting materials may be needed for sales, installation or system integration. This exchange of ideas is valuable for both sides. Local HVAC professionals can assess whether a product is suitable for their business, while CosyClimate gains a more grounded understanding of how its solutions may need to be presented and supported in the market.Building Market Presence Through Real ConversationsFor us, developing a market presence is not simply about making products visible. It begins with listening to the professionals who work with HVAC systems every day.The conversations in Budapest gave us the opportunity to learn from companies operating at different points in the HVAC value chain. Although their priorities are not always the same, each perspective contributes to a more complete understanding of the market. These meetings also reinforced the importance of combining reliable products with clear technical information, practical application support and communication that reflects the needs of different types of partners.Continuing the Conversation in HungaryWe would like to thank the HVAC professionals in Budapest who welcomed us into their offices, factories and showrooms and openly shared their experience and market perspectives. The visit provided a valuable foundation for continued technical discussions, product evaluation and potential cooperation.CosyClimate looks forward to staying connected with HVAC distributors, system integrators, installers and equipment manufacturers in Hungary—and to supporting future conversations with relevant products, technical information and flexible cooperation options.Discuss HVAC Control Opportunities with CosyClimateAre you an HVAC distributor, system integrator, installer or equipment manufacturer in Hungary?CosyClimate welcomes discussions about thermostat selection, HVAC system integration, local distribution and OEM/ODM cooperation.Visit: www.cosyclimatecontrols.comContact our team to discuss your applications and product requirements.
